Pacifier comes as is, to avoid losing gems please do not sleep with DecoPacis. Decorations have a top coat so they will not peel or fall off during daily use Do not pick at them! I disinfect all pacifiers before shipping out, but I highly recommend gently washing the nipple with warm water and mild soap. Do not boil!
